Your health data is yours
MyNaija Health is built on a simple principle: your health information belongs to you. Only you can see your health profile, reports, meal plans, progress logs and conversations with your Coach. No other user can access your records.
What we store
We store the information you provide during your health assessment — body profile, family history, lifestyle, food preferences and goals — along with the personalised plans and logs the app generates for you. This is used solely to personalise your experience.
How we protect your data
All personal health records are protected with row-level access controls tied to your account. We do not sell your health data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
AI interactions
Conversations with your Coach and meal analyses are processed to generate your personalised guidance. These interactions are stored privately under your account so you can revisit them.
Your control
You can retake your assessment or update your information at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal health records.
